SOCIAL ANXIETY AND FRIENDSHIP GROUP FOR ADULTS

The group is for women who are interested in addressing the topic of social anxiety and friendship making in a supportive and safe therapy group. This group will use a combination
of movement therapy, creative arts therapy and discussion.

The group will run for 10 weeks. The group will start in the end of June beginning of July. The group will run from 1:30-3 PM on Mondays. The group is going to be offered at a sliding scale $40-$30, payment determined by client.
